Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant: •Collaborate with program stakeholders and ACS staff to gather data and information for reporting purposes. •Organize and maintain apprenticeship related documents, files, and records for easy access and retrieval. •Assist in maintaining comprehensive documentation of program activities, outcomes, and milestones. •Prepare and submit client related reports in partnership with the IT & training departments required by the customer. •Enter and update data into various government and internal systems. •Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, workshops, online training and events related to apprenticeships. Qualifications of Administrative Assistant: •High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or relevant certifications preferred). •Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role. •Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. •Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), databases and other relevant software applications. •Dedication to supporting the success of the registered apprenticeship program objectives & providing excellent customer service. •Able to commute daily to our office in northwest Houston.
