POSITION SUMMARY
AdAction is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative who is eager to learn and grow with us. The SDR will collaborate with our sales team to understand the sales cycle and help to prospect and generate quality leads. A successful SDR has an eye for details, can stay organized, and enjoys interacting with people. We are looking for a team player who can work with multiple teams and promote a positive prospective client experience. Curiosity, eagerness to learn and persistence will be critical to success in this role. The SDR will gain valuable experience working cross collaboratively with our sales organization and have a measurable impact on our business. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to grow their career. While not required, a basic foundation of knowledge regarding mobile apps and gaming will be helpful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and qualify key prospects
Conduct research to find additional lead sources
Coordinate discovery calls
Communicate effectively with clients
Assist in CRM Management, including updating contacts, uploading documents, generating reports, creating and managing opportunities, etc.
Collaborate with multiple departments and their stakeholders
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
1 years of experience in a fast paced sales environment
Experience prospecting or qualifying leads
Effective organization skills
Highly effective communicator
Experience in ad sales preferred
Experience in the tech industry preferred
Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 commission/bonus*
*Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
