Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Project Managers to join our team on a commission basis. As a Project Managers, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales for insurance restoration roofing projects. This role offers excellent career opportunities for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and are passionate about helping customers restore and protect their properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Conduct thorough inspections of clients' properties while assessing needs and providing tailored solutions based on their requirements.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance agents, adjusters, and other key stakeholders.

4. Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.

5. Prepare and deliver accurate and compelling sales proposals and quotations to clients.

6. Close sales and secure new business.

7. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness and market knowledge.

9. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of success in sales

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

5. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

9. Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
