A regional company with a portfolio of commercial properties is searching for a dynamic and energetic person to join our management team at our properties in the Bay Area on a full-time basis.
We are looking for a manager with a proven track record of thriving in a fast paced environment and delivering excellent customer service. We seek someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented and friendly environment. Meeting the public and making connections in the neighborhoods we serve is very important so a genuine, outgoing personality is required.
General management skills are necessary, which include time management, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations practiced in receiving monthly rental payments. Our preference is to hire a manager with approximately five years of broad, managerial experience.
Organizational skills are very important to this position, as is the ability to project a professional and confident image. This is because our managers interview prospective tenants and perform leasing duties at our properties. Our managers also perform routine maintenance tasks which may include light plumbing repairs, fixture adjustment, bulb replacement or painting.
A valid state driver's license is required along with reliable, privately owned transportation. This is a full time position which may include weekend hours on a Saturday or a Sunday but not both days, unless requested. We provide medical, dental and optical with an employee deductible, vacation, holiday and sick pay.
Salary is dependent on experience and a $5K bonus potential is paid quarterly, after probationary and vesting periods.
