ACI Plastics is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near St. Louis, MO
Our company is currently seeking a Full Time Accounts Receivable/Billing Clerk to join our team! Individual must be a team player, highly organized, punctual, detail oriented, with excellent computer and communication skills. Preference given to someone with prior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Billing/Invoicing
- Taking calls and emails from customers concerning bills
- Posting payments
- Make daily deposits
- Assist with Monthly Aging review
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Education – Associates degree or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of accounts receivable experience required
- Strong MS Office skills
- Must be self-directed, responsible, and punctual
- Prior experience with Sage ERP/MAS Accounting software a plus
Must be able to pass background check and drug testing.
Our company is a tobacco-free campus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.27 - $20.19 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
