Accordance Search Group is Hiring a Remote Regional Vice President of Sales - Southeast
The Regional VP Sales is accountable for the development and growth of capital equipment, consumables, and service sales within the Southeast region. You must reside near a major airport.We are looking for a sales leader with great energy, creativity, and positivity, are inspiring, decisive, and able to affect positive change and results. Responsible for hiring, managing, and developing regional sales and clinical personnel including coaching and mentoring direct reports to achieve and exceed sales goals while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Field-based position with up to 80% travel within an assigned area.
Assisting with proposals, presentations, and key account meetings.
You are a strong business planner, collaborative, able to inspire and motivate your team as well as working closely with senior leadership on setting targets, goals, business plans, and programs, identifying and establish purchasing contracts with regional purchasing groups, hospital and outpatient centers, buying groups, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
You have direct knowledge of selling medical device capital equipment to large industry users such as hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities and have a proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals—a self-starter and independent worker.
You have at least 8 years of sales management experience and success.
Experience in sonography, ultrasounds and/or endoscopy is a huge plus.
You can interpret financial information and reports and use them to direct your team to higher achievement.
