ACC Technical Services is a fast-paced managed services and IT support company that is seeking a qualified, reliable Dispatcher and Administrative Assistant to provide first customer contact, triage support requests and provide collaborative assistance to other team members.

Candidate will be responsible for monitoring and prioritizing support requests received from our customers via email, phone, and our online ticketing system. He or she will analyze each situation and provide logical summaries to appropriately dispatch technicians.

Candidate must have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and a calm demeaner. Excellent written and verbal skills are a necessity, as is the ability to ask probing questions to gather and provide detailed technical information.

A basic understanding of technical terminology is beneficial, but not required. The ability to work independently, or with a team is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple calls and concurrent tasks, while continuing to provide exemplary customer service.

This is a full time, year-round position that is 5 days a week. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, and we have a team oriented working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
