About The A.A. Grapevine
Founded in 1944, the A.A. Grapevine is publisher of the International Journal of Alcoholics Anonymous. Our primary purpose is to carry the A.A. message to everyone interested in alcoholism through our magazines, websites, podcast, and related items. Written, edited, illustrated, and read by A.A. members and others interested in the A.A. program of recovery from alcoholism, the Grapevine and our Spanish language magazine, La Viña, are a lifeline linking one alcoholic to another. Often referred to as our "meeting in print," the A.A. Grapevine communicates the experience, strength, and hope of its contributors and reflects a broad geographic spectrum of current A.A. experience with recovery, unity, and service.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Publisher and a member of the Grapevine management team, the Office Manager will provide administrative support including calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, design and preparation of PowerPoint presentations, proposals and reports, research, as well as draft internal and external correspondence. The Office Manager will assist the Publisher with annual Conference matters and Grapevine Board meetings and will serve as the primary liaison to A.A. World Services (AAWS). This position has one direct report: the Grapevine Administrative Assistant.

Location
This position is in New York City, we currently work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Pay & Benefits
This is a salaried, exempt position with an annual pay range of $70,000 - $75,000.
The A.A.
