We’re looking for a positive and proactive Executive Assistant for our real estate team. For this role organization is key. You enjoy keeping your leader consistent and focused on their goals. You are proactive - you can easily see what needs to be done, do it, and are comfortable providing solutions to make the business better. You enjoy working with the details and technical aspects of the business, and thrive in a fast paced environment with a lot of variety.
This is a 25-40 hour per week position, to be performed at our Boise office Monday-Friday with occasional evening/weekend availability. Pay $20-25 per hour based on experience. Benefits are paid vacation and holidays, and bonuses for bringing business to the team.

Enjoying the outdoors is what she loves, so when not helping her clients with real estate you can probably find her camping with her husband of 25 years and 3 boys. She enjoys snowmobiling, fishing, boating, riding ATV’s and exploring the backwoods of Idaho.
Kim started in real estate in April of 2016, in her first two years she sold over 50 homes and was nominated and won “Best of Treasure Valley Top 3 Realtors” Integrity, work ethic and giving are high on her list and it shows in everything she does.
