The Executive Director is responsible for leading and managing TechHelp – a partnership of Boise State University, Idaho State University, the University of Idaho, and the Idaho Manufacturing Alliance. As Idaho’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Center and Economic Development University Center, TechHelp provides technical and business assistance to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturers across the state of Idaho.

As Idaho’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Center and Economic Development University Center, TechHelp provides for-fee technical and business assistance to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturers across the state of Idaho.
Directs through subordinate Managers multiple large and complex critical programs impacting broad constituencies across major portions of campus. Identifies objectives, manages very significant human, financial, and physical resources, and functions with an extremely high degree of autonomy. Accountable for formulating and administering policies and programs for major functions. Operational or program results can affect overall campus wide performance and reputation. Directs through subordinate Managers the development of strategic goals and objectives to achieve accountability and stewardship of university resources in a manner consistent with campus and system wide objectives and initiatives.

Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years experience or equivalent including 6 years managerial experience.
Salary range is $125,000 to $139,651.20 annually, commensurate with experience.
