Position Overview

5280 Waste Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager. This role is responsible for supervising the Customer Service Department, while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved. This person needs to excel in a fast-based environment with the ability to adapt and problem solve. This person will have strong attention to detail and efficient communication. This person will offer strategic insight, high-level critical thinking skills, and collaboration with our sales and operations teams. The role supports the overall Customer Service function of the business, and is responsible for management of customer support, sales, and customer communication.

Essential Functions

• Coach Customer Service Department to provide excellent customer service to all customers to include answering phone calls, customer requests, concerns, billing questions, entering work orders, upselling, and collections.
• Collaborates with sales team to ensure goals of growth are met by responding proactively to customer needs to include scheduling, special requests, and reporting.
• Ensure customer accounts are accurate and billed properly, so that all historical interactions are logged.
• Maintains open communication between departments to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
• Provides cost information to customers around pricing of services.

• Exceptional time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.
• Goal-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, customers, and vendors.
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service in a service-based business, and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience
• High School Graduate or equivalent

Status: Salary (Exempt)

Pay: $65,000-$75,000 dependent on experience

Location: In office

Shift: Weekdays
