Position Overview
5280 Waste Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager. This role is responsible for supervising the Customer Service Department, while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved. This person needs to excel in a fast-based environment with the ability to adapt and problem solve. This person will have strong attention to detail and efficient communication. This person will offer strategic insight, high-level critical thinking skills, and collaboration with our sales and operations teams. The role supports the overall Customer Service function of the business, and is responsible for management of customer support, sales, and customer communication.
