Effectivelycommunicate with clients to determine their specificneeds.
Research various destinations and means ofvacation options regarding prices customs reviewsetc.
Supplying travelers with pertinentinformation
Responsibilities :
Consultwith potential clients to assess specific needs to include clientpreferences and budget.
Research create and bookvacation itineraries.
Effectively communicatewith clients pre and post vacation to ensuresatisfaction.
Solveunforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility formoney returns
Attend ongoing trainings tomaintain familiarity with tourism trends
Createand update electronic records of clients
Maintainrelationships with suppliers and other key persons within theindustry.
