• 1st Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
• Pay: $21.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service and processes order flow from inception to completion in an accurate and prompt manner
• Get the right product to the right customer at the right time
• Resolve any issues that arise along the way to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide timely and clear communication to customers to ensure they are up to date on their order status
• Answer questions and train customers on our process and product
• Process warranty claims and get customers replacement products when items are damaged
• Take feedback from our customers and learn about our customer’s operations including specific points of contact, needs, workflow, delivery site details and logistics
• Use this info to help adapt our business to meet the needs of customers while staying within our established limits around process and cost
• Receive and allocate product
• Enter orders and review web orders
• Coordinate will call pickups and ship outs and confirm customers prepay orders over $10k
• Process Warranty Claims
• Respond to customer issues using problem solving and creative thinking
• Place orders for transfer
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight
• Connect customers with resources and tools to help them sell our products including catalog materials, spec guides, installation instructions, receiving guides, and other resources. Use these resources to teach customers our process and our products including warranty terms, appropriate usage and technical specifications.
• Quote freight
• Review backlog list weekly to ensure orders are picked up upon schedule. Coordinate with customers to cancel unwanted orders so product does not stagnate.

• 1 year of Customer Service experience
