Position Title: Order Processing Specialist

Location: Denver, CO

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with and take orders directly from customers on the phone, in-person and via e-mail

* Input and create orders in our ERP system

* Route delivery tickets to the appropriate warehouse

* Invoice and finalize delivered orders

* Take other customer calls as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

* 2 years of Customer Service or Order Entry experience

* PDI Experience a plus

* High school diploma required

* Must have a strong work ethic

* Must be well organized and a self-starter

* Must be able to follow standard filing procedures

* Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

* Proficient 10-key by touch

* Possess strong organizational and time management skills

* Proven skills in:

* problem solving

* note-taking

* research and resolution

* multi-tasking

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
