YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SERVICE DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As a full-time Service Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, your typical day will be filled with dynamic responsibilities, including efficiently managing service technicians' schedules, answering customer calls with a smile, coordinating return trips when necessary parts become available, and maintaining our customer database to ensure our records are up to date. Here's what we need from you:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of customer service, dispatching, or project management experience
• Geographical knowledge of the service area or strong map-reading skills
• Proficiency in using a computer
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized and an ability to multi-task

Knowledge of the plumbing and HVAC industry is a plus. More than 3 years of customer service and dispatching experience is a bonus!
