Our clients consist of insurance carriers, third party administrators, union trust funds, hospitals, medical providers and government agencies. We diligently litigate liens during and after the resolution of the case in chief. We conduct discovery, take depositions and try cases through to a final determination by the Court. To date, we have secured over $1 billion in recoveries.

Description
The General Counsel will work remotely, handling a high-volume caseload at every stage of litigation. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:

Qualifications
In addition to the core responsibilities of this position, all employees are responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of 4600Boehm’s systems and information (both physical and electronic) by adhering to the security policies outlined in the most recent versions of the Company Handbook, the Information Security Guide and Security Awareness training documents.
