As the newest Workers' Compensation Attorney, you'll play a pivotal role in the team's success, working on a variety of challenging cases and contributing your expertise to foster growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting essential legal documents such as Judicial Council Forms, Pleadings, and Motions with precision and expertise.
• Directing Discovery processes effectively to gather crucial case information.
• Acting as a liaison with clients, insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators to ensure clear communication and strategic case management.
• Representing clients effectively in court appearances for various legal matters.
• Contributing your expertise to facilitate team growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Active State Bar license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workers Compensation Law.
• Proven ability to manage complex Workers Compensation cases from start to finish.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software for efficient case preparation and representation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation ranging from $82,000 to $192,000, commensurate with experience.
