Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our legal team as a Workers Compensation Defense Attorney. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in California Workers Comp cases and providing legal advice and guidance on a variety of legal matters. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in California Workers Comp cases
• Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of legal matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Attend hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other legal professionals
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to California Workers Comp

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 0-5 years of experience as a workers compensation defense attorney or workers compensation attorney
• Strong knowledge of California Workers Comp laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
