Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team here at 417 Spine North. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as experience in payroll, team management, and budgeting. 417 Spine North chiropractic office seeks people loving, health minded person for Office Manager position. Must be detail oriented, fast working, and very good with a computer. Full time, will train.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff members
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee timecards
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary
- Manage office calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processes
- Experience in team management and supervision
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus
