GENERAL INTRODUCTION:
The Archbishop is the visible principle and foundation of unity in the particular Church entrusted to him. In a unique and visible way, he makes Christ’s mission present and enduring as Shepherd of the Christian Community. In order to fulfill his mission, the Archbishop employs suitable, chosen collaborators (clerics, religious, or lay people). He shares with them the apostolic mission and entrusts various responsibilities to them.

General Summary of Essential Purpose:
Provide temporary support to the Archbishop Brunett Retreat Center functioning as additional office support, assisting in administrative duties and special projects.
Essential Position Duties:
Ensures the Caterease database records for events are maintained, accurate and up to date for events. Manages all bookings and scheduling in partnership with the Office Manager and General Manager.
Assists with accounts receivable, accounts payable and purchasing for the Retreat Center.
Ensures communication in the Retreat Center Welcoming Office including answering of phones, responding to emails, mail, deliveries etc.
Maintain central department email and respond in timely manner.
Ensures that guests receive proper orientation and support.
Provide assistance in maintaining office equipment as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
