360 Bistro will say farewell to our Chef in 2024, and we are looking for ideal candidates to lead our kitchen into the restaurant's 19th year of operation. A west Nashville/Belle Meade favorite, 360 is looking for the right person to assume control of our kitchen by April 1 (with the possibility of earlier start date).
Ideal candidates will possess years of experience leading similar kitchens, but more importantly, be exceptionally motivated for an opportunity to lead a restaurant with a well-established reputation and footing in the community. Candidates should expect to be very hands-on, with a large emphasis on menu development and production. Our new Chef will work closely with our front of house to create not only great menu items, but an experience. Our wine program is second to none in the city, and our FoH managers work closely with the kitchen to combine service and beverage combinations that set 360 apart.
Our cuisine is best described as New American, though there is plenty of room for creativity. Strong candidates will have experience in French, Italian, Spanish, or Asian cuisines as well. Pastry skills are not a requirement, but would be welcomed. Our current menu lends itself to classics, but there is ample room for creativity. 
Lastly, and most importantly, we want to emphasize that we are looking for the right person, not just the right chef. We place the greatest importance on a candidate's character, and whether or not that person fits in well with our BoH and FoH!
