Essential Job Responsibilities •
Order Management, order entry, order tracking, & processing systemically
Inbound & Outbound logs entry and reporting Daily tracking updates sent to client – tracking reports / ASN / Portal updates
Daily order entry – communication from clients Maintain excel report(s) daily – email to client(s) & internal team(s)
Uploading orders into both customer portal & WMS (daily & weekly)
Updating order dates / maintaining customer schedules (daily & weekly)
Updating tracking reports daily (WMS & Excel)
Print and Manage daily pick tickets (orders)
Ability to track/monitor progress of orders • Schedule inbound & outbound activities
Maintain inbound schedule (excel) – communication with clients and carriers
Route shipments (LTL/TL/Parcel) through carrier network and applications (daily & weekly)
Update • Communicate with other departments & vendors to ensure efficient delivery of products.
Email / Verbal communication with clients, vendors, and internal team regarding inbound & outbound issues, troubleshooting, and resolution
Moderate – High level of communication
Provide excellent communication to client & internal team(s)
SME on the processes internal & external for the client(s)
Maintain daily reporting metrics for outbound & inbound transactions.
Manage reporting documents & transactions.
Keep records of client interactions, process all transactions required by client.
Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job.
Research and resolve customer complex problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary.
Maintain customer records and update account information.
Mentor and give direction to team members and provide training on best practices.
