- Participate in recruiting and selecting clinical treatment staff who are dedicated to excellence.
- Impart your knowledge and expertise to guide our counseling and therapy staff, ensuring they meet the highest clinical and accreditation standards in assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and transition planning.
- Clinical Licensure You must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia or be eligible for a transfer from another state.
- Substance Abuse Experience: Previous experience in substance abuse treatment is essential. If you've worked in detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.
- Clinical Expertise: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience.
- Ideal Candidate has 2-5 years supervisory experience.
