Position Title: Lead Mental Health Technician.
Location: Chantilly, Virginia.
Work Environment: Medical Detox | Residential Treatment Center.
Job Type: Full Time.
Compensation: $21.50 Per Hour.

As a Lead Mental Health Technician, you’ll play a vital role in providing direct care and supervision to our clients in our welcoming residential facility. You’ll lead team of dedicated professionals who share your passion and vision. You’ll also have the chance to grow and learn in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
In this role, you’ll:
  • Provide Supervision and support for Mental Health Tech staff.
  • Communicate and implement program policy.
  • Milieu Management.
  • Behavioral Health Support - Must be flexible to provide floor support all shifts. 
  • Client De-escalation and Redirection. 
  • Full Team Collaboration and Support.

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: 
  • Previous experience with treatment of substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders is required.
  • Previous leadership experience is required.
  • Training in verbal de-escalation and/or mental heath is strongly preferred. 
  • Valid driver’s license with no restrictions is required.
  • QMAP and CPR certified or willingness to become certified.
  • Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience.
