TriSource is Hiring a Residential Counselor Near Gainesville, VA

TriSource is seeking a Residential Counselor to work with youth ages 12-18 years old through treatment plans to help improve their outcomes.
*Pay starts at $20/hr
Responsibilities:
- Work with youth who experience mental health difficulties, trauma, and teenage parenthood
- Assist in helping youth meet goals as identified by service plans
- Support constructive resident-family visitation and involvement in community activities
- Supervision of residents
- Maintain documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Services preferred, OR, High School Diploma and at least 6 months of relevant experience
- Experience working with youth and children preferred
- Ability to work effectively with treatment plans
- Comfortable working independently
Working Hours:
Saturday-Sunday: 6:30am-6:30pm or 6:30pm-6:30am
2 weekdays: 2:30pm-10:30pm or 10:30pm-6:30am
