Who You Are:
You're a licensed mental health professional with a passion for working with families and individuals. You bring expertise in evidence-based practices that empower your clients to conquer challenges and reach their goals. Leading diverse groups of various sizes and backgrounds is second nature to you.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A clinical license in Colorado or the ability to transfer your license before the start date.
- Preferred licensure LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (LPCC, LSW, or MFTC will also be considered).
- A proven track record in family therapy and mental health treatment.
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
- Confidence in leading groups of 15-30 individuals.
