They are responsible for developing engaging content across various channels to attract and retain customers, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. 

RequirementsWe are searching for a candidate with:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in marketing communications, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools is a plus.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesA typical day may include:

Content Creation: 

• Develop compelling content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, emails, blog posts, social media posts, and website content.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice, messaging strategy, and target audience preferences.
• Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.

Digital Marketing:

• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engines.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools to optimize campaigns for better results.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to implement innovative strategies.

Public Relations:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and partnerships.
• Draft press releases, pitches, and media kits to communicate key company announcements, product launches, and events.
• Handle media inquiries and manage crisis communication effectively.

Brand Management:

• Uphold brand consistency and integrity across all communication channels and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall brand strategy and objectives.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
• Utilize market insights to tailor communication strategies and messaging to resonate with target audiences.
• Track competitors' marketing activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Event Management:

• Support the planning of marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities for events to ensure successful outcomes.

• Salary for New York City Based Applicants: $ 90,000 - $110,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).
