We at First Responders Medical are a rapidly growing healthcare provider for all frontline workers in the states of Texas, New Jersey, New York, and Miami. We take pride in our frontliners and want to give them as many opportunities as possible to be in their peak physical condition while they are serving our communities. We perform comprehensive and confidential testing and examinations for frontline workers. We perform various tests in house at each of our clinics such as EKG, Stress, Echo, Ultrasounds, Pulmonary Function Tests, Bloodwork, Sleep Studies, ABI, and Urinalysis.

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks for ensuring that marketing operations run smoothly.
• Reaching out to warm leads provided by external marketers.
• Identifying prospective customers and new opportunities by conducting market research to generate new leads for the team.
• Collecting and analyzing the behavioral data of customers by various techniques (e.g., surveys)
• Monitoring the marketing activities of our competitors
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Provide new ideas to the company to facilitate growth.
• Make and track calls to market our service.
• Creating brochures, newsletters, and other advertising materials
• Assisting us in the organization of marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Cold calling prospective clients to market our service.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of marketing tools, techniques, and best practices
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• A keen eye for details
• An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to engage in conversation and create a mutual understanding.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or a relevant field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
