We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and communicating with both internal and external teams. You are the gatekeeper to the scheduling process with flooring installers, stores, and internal staff. The customer service representative will need to utilize a variety of in-house tools daily to keep the schedules up to date.

This is a full-time position, on-site at Newport on the Levee. NO remote work is available. Hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
Experience in/with all types of flooring, construction (new build or remodeling), granite installation/fabrication, kitchen project management (project management) knowledge all helpful.
