CFI Inc. is searching for a motivated individual to join our staff . We are seeking an Expeditor/Customer Service Representative for a dynamic opportunity within our fast-paced business. Duties will include but not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service to all customers
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and surveys with customers
• Processing and closing orders
• Communicating with customers, stores, installers and staff to troubleshoot issues
• Other office duties as needed and/or assigned

Candidate must have experience in typing and navigating windows based pc’s., database (CRM based experience) is a plus. Experience with retail for big box store very helpful.

Experience in/with all types of flooring, construction (new build or remodeling), granite installation/fabrication, kitchen project management (project management) knowledge all helpful.
