• Monday thru Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, 40-45 hours per week (OT at time and a half after 40 hrs.)

• The following are the primary marketing duties for the position, which can be adjusted by Management at their

sole discretion according to need and the aptitude of the employee:

✓ Assist with proofing catalogs before publication

✓ Assist with social media efforts creating content and/or posting

• The following are primary duties required to assist and support the Director of Sales & Marketing to manage the

content and functionality of the company’s websites:

✓ Import orders from website running on Magento to in-house accounting & sales system (currently Sage 100)

✓ Assist with management of website item data and item photos in preparation for website uploading

✓ Provide telephone support to customers having difficulty with their web account or web order placement

✓ Assist on special projects as needed which may require letters, spreadsheets, data entry, or telephone follow up

• The following are primary duties required to support the Sales Department:

✓ Assist Director of Sales & Marketing with their large/important customers or ones with particular needs

✓ Along with other Service Reps cover incoming phoned-in, faxed or emailed orders which requires order entry into

Sage system, follow up on out of stock items, and any final order shipment issues that arise

✓ Provide phone support and problem solving assistance to customers with questions or problems with their

account, orders, or deliveries

✓ Along with other sales staff, assist at Customer Pick-up Counter when attendant is on lunch, sick or vacation
