A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
As an Order Management Specialist, you are supporting both the Account Managers at General Fasteners and our customers some of the tasks will include coordination of orders, process and submit customer quotes and investigating and resolving customer concerns. You will answer the phone and respond to emails. Whether answering simple questions or solving complex problems, you are patient and friendly. You always put yourself in the customer's shoes and listen carefully to their needs. The key to your success is that you never give up or leave anyone hanging. You are all about following through and following up. Most of our customers are appreciative of our exceptional customer service, but occasionally one of them is frustrated. You do not take it personally, and your professionalism and kindness usually turn things around.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
We will train the right person in the technical aspects of our business. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you comfortable talking on the phone? WORK SCHEDULE
This position requires working Monday - Friday during typical business hours when the business clients that you support are also working.
