Overview
American Heritage Textiles, a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of quality quilts, comforters and decorative accessories in Shepherdsville, Kentucky is seeking an in-house e-commerce Account Manager. The right candidate has the following skills:

Job Skills/Requirements

• Primary responsibility is to drive revenue and performance targets of the Donna Sharp Brand on various eCommerce accounts (like Wayfair, Kohl’s, Macys)
• Develop opportunities within existing customer accounts by studying the product mix and looking for gaps in the assortment.
• Conduct on-line research to understand the marketplace and marketing of on-line eCommerce retailers in the textile industry.
• Identify key decision makers within accounts and cultivate relationships to ensure customer satisfaction to develop customer confidence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to launch new products, promotions and marketing campaigns
• Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information to upper management.
• Strong verbal and written skills to communicate up, down and sideways.
• Be willing to try new things and pitch in for whatever the business requires.
• Be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-passed environment.
• Ensure that outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Some travel to customer locations or trade shows may be required.

Pay: $19.89 - $23.95 per hour
