This position will develop an understanding of the business environment and strategy through collaborative interactions and engagement with leaders and teams. They will build and maintain integrated connections at all levels of the business to promote comprehensive dialog and planning for business initiatives. Explore and understand key trends in technology and how it relates to healthcare market and operations. Provide input for iterative planning with performance management leaders for current and future project roadmap. Support and expand on mechanisms for visibility within all areas of the business to guide alignment across teams. Provide a dynamic and objective approach that leads teams to achieve goals and actively look for ways to improve efficiency. PMSO structure will provide oversight and visibility for strategic advancements and operational improvements.
This is a hybrid position, requiring working one day onsite per week, and as needed for the role. The office location is downtown St. Paul, MN.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this opportunity is $79,268/annually to $118,984/annually, with a median salary of $96,688/annually. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees.
