The Women’s Triathlon Head Coach will develop a competitive NCAA II Triathlon program while maintaining an emphasis on the academic success of student-athletes. The program is expected to recruit, retain, and maintain 21 or more unique student-athletes who can be academically successful; instruct and prepare the student-athletes for competition; schedule and coach intercollegiate triathlon events; counsel the student-athletes on academic, athletic and social issues; provide a connection point for outreach and community engagement to the campus, alumni and throughout Indiana.
