LONDON FINANCIAL is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near Exton, PA

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our human resource operations. You will be primarily responsible for assisting with talent acquisition functions, onboarding, payroll, benefits and performance management. Job Title: HR Generalist

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependable on experience) 10% bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Implements and oversees initiatives related to new employee orientation and acknowledgment programs.
  • Manages the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring qualified candidates in collaboration with departmental managers. Ensures alignment with organizational needs and requirements.
  • Conducts or arranges background checks and verifies employee eligibility as needed.
  • Administers various human resource programs, such as compensation, benefits, and leave management, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance appraisal, talent management, and safety protocols.
  • Addresses employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, directing complex matters to appropriate channels.
  • Participates in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as necessary.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by regularly reviewing and updating policies and practices.
  • Stays informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging HR technologies.
  • Collaborates with the President to develop compensation plans aligned with job descriptions.
  • Manages HRIS, assists with payroll, and oversees 401K administration.
  • Works with department managers to create employee training, retention, and career development programs.
  • Facilitates year-end employee evaluations in partnership with departmental managers.
  • Tracks and documents compliance with mandatory and optional training, continuing education, and assessments, including safety protocols, anti-harassment training, licensure, and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in human resource management is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP certification is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Exemplary organizational capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate when necessary.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems, or a quick ability to learn them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
