LONDON FINANCIAL is Hiring a Payroll Specialist Near Oaks, PA

An established company is looking for a Payroll Specialist who has extensive experience in processing payroll for over 1000 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. This role will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll on a regular basis, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.

Location: On-site, Oaks, PA

Compensation: $27-32/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for over 1000 employees on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.
  • Calculate wages, deductions, overtime, and bonuses accurately.
  • Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
  • Prepare and file payroll tax returns and reports as required.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and data in the payroll system.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a large organization.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, SAP).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
