LONDON FINANCIAL is Hiring a Credit and Collections Analyst Near King of Prussia, PA

Job Description:
As a Credit and Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing environments and proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Job Title: Credit and Collections Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum

Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2 days in office)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable portfolio, including credit evaluation, invoicing, and collections.
  • Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers to assess creditworthiness.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers as necessary.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
  • Prepare aging reports and analyze credit risk for management review.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize credit terms and minimize bad debt.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and account statuses.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to management regarding credit and collection strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulations related to credit and collections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with credit laws and regulations.
  • Certification in credit management (e.g., NACM) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per hour
