LONDON FINANCIAL is Hiring a Benefits Administrator Near Philadelphia, PA

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Benefits Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in benefits administration and a passion for helping employees understand and maximize their benefits. This on-site position offers a rewarding opportunity to work within a health clinic/nonprofit setting.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (On-Site)

Pay Rate: $26-27/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, questions, and issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records in the HRIS system; experience with iSolved is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Prepare and distribute benefits communication materials.
  • Generate and analyze benefits reports using MS Suite and Excel; proficiency with Access is preferred.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and manage relationships to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration is REQUIRED.
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification preferred and will be a significant advantage.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required, with consideration for religious exemptions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with Access preferred.
  • Experience in a health clinic setting or nonprofit organization is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly iSolved.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration in a healthcare or nonprofit environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
