About the Position:
Highlands Wealth Management Group is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team in Lakewood, CO as an experienced Registered Client Associate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a dedication to providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Provide timely and accurate account maintenance, transactions, and other requests as needed.
  • Successfully navigate through complex operational issues and creatively resolve problems.
  • Assist with the implementation, training, and support of new processes as the firm grows.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to provide comprehensive financial planning support to clients.
  • Contribute ideas for improving client service and uncover additional business development opportunities.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-Time
  • Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • In office to start, some hybrid flexibility 1 or 2 days per week depending on business needs
Compensation:
  • $70,000 - $90,000 salary, depending on experience
  • Medical and dental insurance
  • Voluntary vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid holidays as observed by the NYSE
  • Paid Time Off
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience within wealth management required.
  • Must have an active Series 7 and Series 66 license.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
