Continuum Advantage is Hiring a Web Developer (Hybrid/ Onsite in Waconia, MN) Near Waconia, MN
- This position is fully onsite to start, potential for hybrid arrangement as time goes on. No relocation assistance is available, you must be able to commute to Waconia office.
We are looking for a dedicated Web Developer to join our team! You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing web pages that not only meet but exceed the needs of our clients and users. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless integration of design elements and deliver an exceptional user experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize secure web pages that adapt to evolving business needs and changing customer device landscapes.
- Develop reusable code for future projects, promoting efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors to align project direction.
- Perform routine audits and ongoing maintenance for existing projects to ensure their continued success.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and tools required for ongoing and future projects.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Required Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm; additional hours to meet the 40-hour work week can be flexible.
- Some overtime may be needed to complete projects.
- Fully onsite to start, potential for hybrid arrangement as time goes on. No relocation assistance is available.
- Compensation: $35-45 per hour, depending on experience.

- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, MySQL, Node.js, GitHub, Bootstrap, JSON, HTML5, React/Redux, Express.js, PHP, and any CMS (e.g., WordPress), Webflow, and Linux.
- Preferred: Knowledge or experience with AWS API, GULP/SASS, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, or any AMQP interface, infrastructure development, server administration, MongoDB, Python, Nginx or Apache, and back-end development.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing project requirements.
- Eagerness to learn new concepts and the ability to self-teach to stay ahead in the field.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
