Continuum Advantage is Hiring a Marketing Account Manager Near Waukee, IA
- Manage and support a portfolio of client accounts and lead the ongoing activities related to them
- Meet with and maintain open and clear communications with clients to discuss and identify their marketing desires and requirements
- Works collaboratively with internal marketing team and leadership to devise marketing strategies that support the client’s goals, desired outcomes, budget, and timeline
- Engage clients in ongoing consulting to evaluate the best marketing initiatives to achieve their objectives
- Scope and write projects proposals; present recommendations and proposals to the client
- Keep clients abreast of project status, including ongoing reviews of progress and timely execution and delivery
- Nurture and maintain business relationships with existing clients; reach out to client resources embracing and reassuring ongoing business partnership(s)
- Working with existing clients to ensure there is an understanding and awareness of Myriad’s marketing services and how we can partner together
- Utilize Myriad's CRM to contact potential clients to developed new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales or Communications, or other relevant degree
- Strong sales, project management and customer service skills; proven experience with project, account, and client leadership
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; strength in public speaking, presentations, negotiating and problem resolution
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment; adapts to change in the work environment
