About the Position:Hunter Wealth Management is seeking a Financial Advisor ready to build their own business with the support of an award-winning team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate clients on products and services available to help them best utilize their available funds and achieve important monetary goals.
  • Exceed customer expectations with accurate, efficient, courteous, and professional service.
  • Research and recommend investment opportunities for clients.
  • Offer strategic advice regarding risk management strategies such as insurance coverage, annuity products, and debt management tools.
  • Perform market research to stay current with financial trends.
  • Maintain compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry.
  • Utilize proper security processes to protect client information.
  • Complete all mandatory training in a timely manner, including continuing education for FINRA licenses.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive payout plan.
  • Independent framework to grow your own business.
  • Base salary plus commission for the first 6 months, all commission after 6 months.
  • Discretionary bonus based on assets added.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience with varying marketing and lead generation efforts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or commensurate experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
