Continuum Advantage is Hiring a Client Service Associate (Wealth Management) Near Rockville, MD

Our client in Rockville, MD is looking for a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join their boutique financial planning firm. In this position, you will be responsible for the administrative aspects of the business including managing and organizing paperwork, opening new accounts, processing transfers, and communicating directly with clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through positive client interaction; exceed the client’s overall expectations of customer service
  • Communicate with clients in-person, over the phone, and written/electronically in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure all client needs are promptly and accurately addressed; answer initial questions from prospective or new clients
  • Prepare paperwork and materials for client meetings and following up with clients as needed
  • Create and maintain client files, prepare client forms and reports from rough draft and originating correspondence as requested
  • Service accounts as requested, including opening new accounts, processing transfers, preparing deposits, and scanning incoming checks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Experience within financial services or wealth management preferred
  • FINRA Series 7/66 a plus

  • Intermediate- to advanced-level computer skills; ability and willingness to learn and effectively utilize new technologies as required
