Continuum Advantage is Hiring a Technical Support Supervisor Near Waconia, MN

Our client, 1Micro, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Supervisor to provide excellent leadership on their team in Waconia, MN! You will be an integral part of an established, business-to-business company that provides proprietary products and solutions.
1Micro is a fast-growing tech company that manufactures and manages key security devices and inventory systems for car dealerships, rental car companies, and fleet departments. For over 20 years, they have provided innovative solutions for some of the common problems within the automotive industry, and they continue to push the boundaries of technology to better serve their customers.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage the Technical Support and Installations & Training teams (4 people).
  • Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of the teams’ processes and projects.
  • Effectively train and manage employees, providing coaching and encouragement to empower the team and elevate the customer experience.
  • Oversee and organize employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and equal work distribution.
  • Assist with calls and escalated issues as needed to support the team, resolving complaints and issues with tact and care.
  • Communicate openly and effectively with leadership and other departments.
  • Monitor and review calls and case notes for quality assurance and improvement.
  • Collect data and prepare reports.
  • Develop, implement, and document processes and procedures.
  • Helping customers as needed to assist when the team is busy
  • Assisting with hardware issues/replacements as needed.
Hours and Benefits
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Saturday rotation every 3 weeks: 9am-3pm
  • Compensation: up to $35/hour
  • Full benefits package included
Requirements/Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2 years of IT help desk/customer service experience is required.
  • 1 years of management experience is required.
  • Training and onboarding experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM software is required, NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented fashion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
