Continuum Advantage is Hiring a Production Assistant Near Waconia, MN
We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking Production Assistant to join our team!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the PCB/SMT Machine Operator and Electrical Engineer
- Set up, operate, and shutdown SMT component placement systems for assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)
- Load PCBs, reels, components, and trays
- Perform detailed quality inspection and testing of the PCBs produced
- Perform daily and routine preventative maintenance on all machines and tools according to established procedures and schedules
- Thoroughly and accurately document activities
- Manage SMT parts inventory
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule between 6:00am to 7:00pm
- Compensation: starting at $20/hour
- Full benefits package included
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Experience with electrical components and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is a plus
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality of products at all time
- Basic computer skills
- Detail-oriented with sharp eyesight and excellent dexterity
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
