Keystone Novelties Distributors, LLC sets up and operates temporary fireworks tents for several weeks leading up to and including the 4th of July holiday. As a Seasonal Administrative Assistant on our team, you will assist with the process of answering the telephone, assisting the staffing team, and assisting the warehouse team.
Responsibilities:
Undertake clerical duties (answering emails, phone calls, texts)
Maintain Candidate database and track communications
Filing for various departments
Preparing seasonal documents
Assisting our warehouse team as needed.
Requirements
Outstanding communication/phone skills
Attention to detail with strong organization & time management skills
Willingness to learn new skills and processes
Ability to work independently and as part as a team
Ability to work in an office or warehouse setting
This is a seasonal position, from May through mid-July. Part- time and full- time hours are available. Overtime, is available during the peak season.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
