Keystone Fireworks Tents is hiring Route Managers for the 2024 Summer Fireworks Season. Route is located between Batavia and Lakeville. Our ideal candidates must be at least 21 years of age, energetic, responsible, think quickly on their feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be available from June 20th through July 7th. Ideal timing for teachers, school bus drivers, college students and others in the education industry...put cash in your pocket and take the rest of the summer off!

Our Route Managers are responsible for the successful opening, daily operation/coordination with sales clerks, and closing of 8-11 fireworks tents in the assigned regional area. The job requires you to be 100% available to help resolve and correct issues on the route that impact the effective operation of tent sales. You will be required to visit each open tent at least once per day. You should plan to provide your undivided attention from the day before your first tent opens (approx. June 20th) through Closing Day (July 5th). Tent sites must be confirmed cleared of trash & debris and ready for tent & equipment removal by July 8th.

Skills You Will Need for Success:

• Problem solving skills- You will be our representative on the ground through an intense and fast paced season. You will work with office staff, who will help direct resources to you, but you will need to resolve and mitigate set-up & operational obstacles.
• Mechanical Aptitude- The tents are set by rental companies, but you will be responsible for setting up certain operational equipment such as lights, power supplies, safety equipment (fire extinguishers and signage required by local jurisdiction).
• Process Oriented Work Ethic- We have detailed instructions, and support you in dealing with any code-related details. Your preparedness can be greatly enhanced by reading the process and previewing the details of your locations in advance.
• Website Navigation- You must be comfortable with the basics of accessing online information and inputting a limited amount data for each tent location daily. The online tools we have are not complicated but basic understanding of web navigation & willingness to learn the process is needed.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds periodically throughout the day.

Valid driver’s license required.

Must submit to background screening, MVR check, and basic credit screening (no impact on score).

Pay: $1,250.00 - $1,400.00 per week
