Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mid-Level Associate Attorney for Tressler LLP's Litigation Practice Group. The Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation in matters primarily pending in Central and Southern Illinois and the St. Louis region. This role is hybrid. The attorney will need to be available for court appearances and depositions when needed.

A successful candidate will have:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Skills in legal research and analysis.
• Experience with contract drafting and review is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Superb administrative skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Qualifications

An active Illinois bar license and Missouri bar license (required)

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school (required)
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
