Successful, high-volume Plaintiff's Personal Injury/Family Law Firm based in Havertown & Center City, Philadelphia has an immediate need for a Litigation Associate.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of trial advocacy or trial team work experience and demonstrate a proficiency in the rules of evidence and civil procedure.

The requirements for consideration, beyond a clear commitment to plaintiff's civil litigation, are:

• Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills (fidelity to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage tasks, ability to work without micromanagement);
• Previous practical, hands-on experience in discovery drafting, analysis, motion work, deposition work, client meetings and client contact;
• Excellent writing and research skills (relevant writing sample required);
• Experience in Personal Injury and/or Family litigation (Defense or Plaintiff) preferred;
• References which can substantiate the above.

*position includes bonus earning potential
